Rapper Vivio Foren has tweeted from prison to let fans know that he will be back soon.
Last month, Fivio was arrested after a short chase with police on foot. Reports say Fivio, real name Maxie Ryles III, left his 2018 Mercedes-Benz running in a restricted parking area while he drove to the nearby Citibank.
Officer Captain Ricky Merkovitch said, Sgt. Howard Ginsburg then asked to see the rapper’s driver’s license as he approached the car. Vivio asked if he would get a ticket before departure. The officer asked the rapper several times to stop so they could talk to him, adding that he “recognized him but ignored him and kept walking away.”

The officer said he then grabbed him in the parking garage and a loaded .25 caliber pistol fell from the rapper’s waist belt. A fight ensued and the auxiliary officers eventually managed to handcuff him and arrest him. One officer was hospitalized with a minor injury.
Vivio was charged with possession of weapons, a mutilated firearm and resisting arrest. He was sent to Bergen County Jail.
