A disappointing season for the Catalan giants ended with a slight victory over Elbar who were already relegated, with the approaching end of the season for Ronald Koeman’s side.

Barcelona were already out of the title picture before the final weekend of the season, being five points behind Real Madrid and seven points behind Atletico at the top of the standings.

Barcelona relieved Lionel Messi’s mantra of Elbar’s trip already touched down, as Ronald Koeman switched his set.

A Araujo performance in the center of Barcelona’s defense.

The 22-year-old has a bright future at Camp Nou, and his performance here, although not exactly against stellar opposition, will not go unnoticed by Ronald Koeman.

It was a mixed campaign by De Young in the center of Barcelona’s midfield. The Dutchman was inconsistent, but this was one of his best outings with the Blaugrana.

Neat and tidy on the ball, as is usually the case, De Jong was substituted for Miralem Pjanic 15 minutes before the end of the match, but he was one of the best players on the field.

De Jong hopes to have the most consistent offers in 2021/22.

A goal keeper

A lot talks about how Barcelona progressed in this match with their goalkeeper having the highest rating.

Netto saved several shots from the side of the house, and generally controlled his area with a measure of calm.

He hasn’t played much this season, but Netto showed a few signs of rust, and was equal to everything Elbar threw at him.

Good offer from the stopper.
