Aftercare for distended lobes should be something that you should pay close attention to. Oil massage is the best way to maintain a healthy, sore lobe. These oil massages will help break down scar tissue and improve blood circulation in the skin. You can use jojoba oil, bio oil, or vitamin E oil, as they all nourish the skin. Spend at least five minutes massaging your earlobes and try to do it at least once a week.
