OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma. Oklahoma and Florida won a rain-shortened Sunday at the US Softball Hall of Fame to extend the preliminary round.
After the rain postponed the action earlier Sunday, the evening games session was rescheduled for the day. The Suners, having won 6-3 on Sunday, will now face James Madison on Monday afternoon for a spot in the championship series to the best of three. Florida beat Alabama 2-0 on Monday and played a decisive role.
