Presented a month after E3 2021, one of the largest publishers in the world presents EA as an opportunity to see what games it has over the year and beyond. The game was live.
Within almost an hour of the show, EA showed us the new trailers for Battlefield 2042, Emergencies Apex Legends, Grid Legends and FIFA 22. Minor titles such as Lost in Random, Knockout City Season 2 and F1 2021 were also shown at the event.
Last but not least you have the trailer for the new trailer for a remake of Dead Space coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X. And at some point in the future of the PC.
Did you miss the event? Here are all the games showing at EA Play 2021.
Launching the show is the new addition to EA, Codemasters and the next game, Grid Legends. The network is always more realistic than the Need for Speed and Legends series, which will take you to the next level as you plunge yourself into the Champions League race first. When Grid Legends arrives in 2022, you can expect some fierce competition both on and off the track, complete with the live story mode.
Apex Legends Reveal
The next Apex Legends expansion introduces a new character (Seer, who can summon deadly drones from his chest) and a larger, ever-changing map. Emergence kicks off the next season of the Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS), which will eventually see Xbox and PlayStation players field-kill against PC players, to see who’s the best. The expansion kicks off on August 3, and we can expect more games when a new trailer comes out on July 26.
EA’s next indie game, Lost in Random Two Sisters, is torn apart in a bizarre spectacle, Tim Burton-esque and thrown against the Queen. The clay art style is certainly beautiful, but underneath is a deep strategy game that has created a platform for you to summon the fight. It will be available on PC, console and Nintendo Switch on September 10, 2021.
Knockout City Season 2 – Fight in the Cinema
The second season of Knock Out City will hit the big screen. Well, well, it’s still on consoles, but the theme of season two is all about the movies. As we explore what’s real in the best multiplayer games released this year and what’s coming next, this time we get a new ball to play.
If the hype of Battlefield 2042 isn’t good enough, EA’s new Dice game trailer has been released by EA Dropped on Play, featuring a new feature called Portal on the Battlefield. Battlefield Portal includes Battlefield 2042, Battlefield 1942, Bat Company 2, and Battlefield 3, which can be remixed as unique user-created game modes. This means that players have some of the fan favorite classic cards to play with, with a total of 13 cards on the battlefield. All of these cards have been redesigned and updated to work at 60 fps in 4K – EA Ripple Effect Studios says the latest technology has enabled them to “overcome the limitations of the past”.
The biggest surprise today was the announcement of Dead Space, a remake of the 2008 horror masterpiece. The game has been rebuilt by MotivStudio on EA’s Frostbite engine and is available on PS5, Xbox Series S/X and PC. If you don’t play the original trilogy, it’s basically the evil that lives in space, but instead of slow and agile zombies or cultists, your main occupational hazard is regenerating spacers that don’t have a chance to use their feet. The only way to stop them is to cut off the legs and stomp on the head. Is it a drawing? Yeah right. it is scary? Surely. Do we plan to see her again? do you think.
