SINGAPORE – Media OutReach – July 22, 2021 – It’s time for runners to put on their running shoes for the very first time Jurassic World virtual running experience in Asia-Pacific! The Jurassic World RUN! is an immersive experience for runners of all ages featuring dinosaurs from the groundbreaking movie franchise Jurassic World. Participants can start clocking in for the inauguration Jurassic World virtual running experience in Asia Pacific from 26this July 2021 – 30this September 2021. Runners can still register from 5this July 2021 – 29this September 2021 via the official website (jurassicworldrun.com) or the MOVE by LIV3LY app.

The Jurassic World For more than 25 years, the franchise has entertained generations of fans around the world with exciting and awe-inspiring stories and characters – from movies and TV series, to video games and toys, to live-action experiences and attractions at Universal theme parks. In fact, Universal Beijing Resort is slated to open its doors this year as Universal’s newest theme park destination and will feature seven highly themed and immersive countries, including Jurassic World Isla Nublar.

The very first Jurassic World virtual run provides each participant with a unique immersive experience where runners must try their best to escape Isla Nublar. Runners must download and use the MOVE by LIV3LY app to unlock and use the exciting augmented reality experiences that will enhance their journeys. As they work to complete their recorded 5km, 10km, or 21km, runners will unlock successive milestones of assistance during their journey to escape Isla Nublar. Each milestone they unlock takes them deeper into the adventure and closer to the virtual finish! The MOVE app brings the thrill and awe of Jurassic World to life through augmented reality that can be experienced anywhere, anytime; even in their own neighborhood!

Participants can start clocking in their times and distances from 26this July 2021 – 30this September 2021. In addition to using the app on their phones, the MOVE by LIV3LY app also supports wearables and favorite running trackers; runners can easily sync their devices with the MOVE app [via Apple Health or Google Fit].

Finishers for all categories are entitled to an exclusive finisher t-shirt to celebrate their breakaway from Isla Nublar. Also, all 10km and 21km finishers will receive their own finisher medal to celebrate their bravery and commemorate their adventures with Jurassic World RUN! Asia-Pacific 2021! For the convenience and safety of all participants, all rights will be delivered directly to their door on completion of their registered waiver.

Jurassic World RUN! Asia Pacific 2021 is hosted by CNeX, a MICE and project management company headquartered in Singapore, and powered by LIV3LY, a social fitness marketplace for mass participation events in Asia-Pacific. All participants are required to strictly adhere to the laws and regulations of their country of residence in order to remain safe and healthy while participating in the Jurassic World RUN!
