It’s a fresh autumn start to start the weekend with. Although it’s not as chilly as yesterday morning, you’ll still need a jacket if you’re heading out early. Temps are in the 50s around NYC and 40s in the suburbs.
Expect mostly sunny skies from start to finish today. With a west to southwest flow starting, highs today will be about 10 degrees warmer than what we saw on Friday… in the mid-1970s for most.
We climb even hotter for Sunday, in the upper 70s… even low 80s for spots south. The morning starts reasonably well, and then we see thickening clouds in the afternoon. The good news is that our next threat of rain will not come until late Sunday, especially after sunset.
Then it seems to remain unsettled for the next week. No day is a washout, but there is a shower risk every day.
