Dalvin Cook ‘expects’ to play against Browns

Minnesota Vikings Pro Bowl running back Dalvin Cook was sidelined for the Week 3 win over the Seattle Seahawks due to the right ankle sprain he sustained in the loss to the Arizona Cardinals on September 19.

Cook said earlier this week that he was “extremely confident” that he would be allowed to play Sunday’s home game against the Cleveland Browns after returning to training. NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported Friday that he spoke directly with the ball carrier and that everyone can expect Cook on the field this weekend.
