Ronaldo on the bench in the Manchester United-Everton match

Manchester United coach, Norwegian Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, announced his team’s starting line-up to face Everton in the eighth leg of the English Premier League today, Saturday.

The starting line-up has been cleared of Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, who will be on the bench for the first time since returning to Manchester United during last summer’s transfer window.

United’s roster is as follows:

Manchester United will go into the meeting and set their sights on winning after losing the last round at their home to Aston Villa, losing their chance to top the league table, and also saying goodbye to the League Cup by West Ham United.

While Everton hope to continue his successful start in the English Premier League, losing only in one game and that was in the previous round against Aston Villa.

Manchester United are currently fourth with 13 points and Everton are fifth with the same points difference, but with a smaller goal difference.
