Kentucky fans who stormed the field as they upset Florida were joined by Waka Flocka, who was on hand for the huge win.
Celebrity cameos are a dime a dozen on college football Saturdays, but the Kentucky-Florida game brought something far rarer: a rush on the celebrity field.
Waka Flocka was one of the fans who stormed onto the field after the Wildcats knocked out the Gators.
The rapper picked a great moment to show up for a game in Kentucky. His song “Grove Street Party” has become an anthem for British football and he led the team out of the tunnel for the game in Florida.

As for being a hype man, he apparently did.
The Wildcats were the Gators’ underdogs at home, but they dealt with them toe-to-toe from the start. They were only three behind at halftime and took a ten point lead early in the fourth quarter. Florida only managed to reduce the deficit to seven.
Kentucky defeated Florida for the first time since 1986, but it was more than one good game. The Wildcats are at 5-0 for the first time since 2018.
Having wavered at the start of the campaign, they are sure to reach the Top 25 rankings with a signature win cementing their undefeated record. They will try to continue the good times next week against LSU.
