Celonis appointed market leader in NelsonHall’s NEAT supplier evaluation for process discovery and mining

Celonis ranks high across all categories in the ability to deliver instant benefit

New report ranks Celonis high in ability to help customers accelerate process changes

NEW YORK & MUNICH, NOVEMBER 16, 2021– (BUSINESS WIRE) – Celonis, the global leader in execution management, was recognized for its market-leading position in the industry in the Nelson Hall Vendor Evaluation and Assessment Tool (NEAT) for Process Discovery and Mining 2021.

This is the second year in a row that NelsonHall has identified Celonis as a leader in his Process Discovery and Mining Report. According to NEAT Evaluation, managers are suppliers who demonstrate both a high ability in relation to their peers to provide immediate benefit and a high capacity in relation to their peers to meet customers’ future requirements. In 2020, Celonis was awarded Leader position in the NEAT report in four market segments: Overall, Process Mining, Process Automation and Workforce Optimization.

“We are honored to see NelsonHall recognize Celonis’ stand-alone position in the key criteria in process mining – the ability to help customers execute process changes,” said Ariel Bardin, Celonis Chief Product Officer. “Celonis is committed to generating billions in value to our customers worldwide, and this is reflected in achieving ranking as a leader in delivering value across all categories in the NelsonHall Process Mining Report.”

“Celonis’ efforts and investments continue to focus on delivering value to customers faster and with less friction,” said Bailey Kong, research analyst, NelsonHall. “The new Celonis Action Flows and other improvements to the Execution Management System (EMS) platform accelerate customers’ ability to implement process changes and maximize ROI. These, combined with the company’s roadmap for streamlining process understanding, process change planning and process change acceleration, are why Celonis is positioned as a leader. “

Built across three core pillars – data, intelligence and action – Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) is the only technology that provides a 360-degree overview of all business processes in an organization.

Celonis created the process mine category when it first developed the capability for automatic X-ray process problems. Today, Celonis leverages this foundation to be a pioneer in the execution management industry, and Celonis’ expansion into India is the latest chapter in its mission to modernize and complete the digital transformation of any business. This announcement comes on the heels of the addition of former Google CEO Ariel Bardin as Chief Product Officer, and its annual World Tour, where it announced a partnership with ServiceNow to redefine how work flows and create a modern business operating system. Celonis also announced the acquisition of real-time streaming data manager Lenses.io, the launch of Execution Graph and a strategic partnership with sales order automation manager Conexiom, to combine data, intelligence and action to enable any organization to execute on their data. And in June 2021, Celonis raised the first ever $ 1 billion D-Series ever to further accelerate its mission of making data work for business.
