The Canadian furniture store Home Société is following up on its first location in Ontario, Toronto with a new 80,000-square-foot showroom in Ottawa. “Our second Home Société location will help us better serve our existing Ottawa-based customers who were on their way to Quebec to shop in our various stores,” said Éric Corbeil, co-president of Maison Corbeil, one of Home Société’s internal brands, which also include Must and Jardin de Ville, a collection of objects for outdoor life. “Our strength is to offer a wide range of design styles for every price range and custom-made furniture.”

In addition to its own collections, Home Société carries international lines, including Ligne Roset, Manutti, Royal Botania, Kartell and Flou. “At our Ottawa location, the Must brand section will be the largest, and we will also, as part of the Maison Corbeil space, have a new collection called Lodge, a cottage-centric range with a modern twist, an exclusivity in Ontario, “says Corbeil. The local favorite La Bottega Nicastro also runs a café in the shop.

While Home Société carries lively, international collections, its selection emphasizes a timelessness that transcends trends. “Each collection and piece of furniture is carefully selected for their beauty, quality and versatility, and to delight people with a shared passion for tasteful lifestyles,” says Corbeil.
