Marseille – SAVIM: early olive oil from La Crau on your plates – Marseille – Gastronomy

For 5 days, 480 exhibitors from all over the region, but also from France and even Europe, welcome tens of thousands of visitors to the Parc Chanot in Marseille from 18 to 22 November from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

What could be better in the fall than filling up for the winter? It offers SAVIM, the gastronomy and wine farmers’ fair.

Impossible to see and taste everything because the offer is so plentiful. Focus on olive oil from the Moulin des Bastidettes in Saint-Martin-de-Crau with Guillaume Meiffre, olive grower and miller.
