Dunn County enters crisis standards – the highest covid-19 case rate in 2021

DUNN COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) – Dunn County Health Department releases new COVID-19 update.

According to the DCHD, Dunn County has per. 24 November 2021 508 active cases of COVID-19 and a 7-day average of over 48 new cases per day.

DCHD is no longer able to follow up with anyone who is positive about COVID-19 and their close contacts. The DCHD is set to move to a crisis model for alerting positive cases and contact tracing efforts from 24 November.

The DCHD states that if you have tested positive for COVID-19, you should stay home and isolate yourself (separately from others) immediately for a minimum of 10 days from the onset of your symptoms or the date you were tested if you have no symptoms.
