Zoë Kravitz about Robert Pattinson as Batman

And – as with pretty much all Batman incarnations – is one of the things fans are most excited to see how these new actors will step into the roles of these beloved characters, and what a unique twist they will give them!

This week, our new Catwoman – Zoë Kravitz – spoke to Variety, where she admitted that she had finally seen “a little” of the finished film, and she is extremely confident in Robert Pattinson’s portrayal of the severed crusader.

She then went on to open up a bit about her experience on stage and what it was like to work with director Matt Reeves.

“Matt Reeves has a lot of heart and he likes these characters so much. I’m just very excited that he can go on vacation because he deserves it,” she continued. “I hope the fans love it, because we’ve put a lot of work into it.”

Back in October during an interview with AnotherMag, Zoë also revealed what it meant to be cast in the film (after famously beating several other actors), saying: “It was important to give [Matt] an idea of what it’s really like to work with me. To say what I really think and, if we are together, ask the questions I would like to ask. I tried to get to it from the angle where I show him what I see and feel about this character. I think that’s why it happened and I got the role. “

She went on to say: “Matt is a great director and he is really into talking about the character. We had some really good conversations. I had some thoughts about the character as I had also read the script and they were welcomed. “

Plus – in fun little bit of trivia for those who do not know – it’s actually the SECOND time in her career that Zoë plays Catwoman! Back in 2017, she voiced an animated version of the character The LEGO Batman movie. So if I have to be that bold, then I think it’s safe to say she’S ALSO “perfect” for her role!

Still, we probably just have to wait and see when Batman will finally hit theaters on March 4, 2022!
