The Dubai Chamber of Commerce revealed; One of three chambers operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, it resolved 77% of all mediation cases received in the first half of this year, compared to 62% of mediation cases for the same period in 2023, the cases said. They were fixed for a maximum period of 10 years, which indicates the efficiency and speed of the mediation service offered by the Chamber.

In the first half of this year, the Chamber received 79 mediation cases with a total value of 6.5 million dirhams, and the value of mediation cases resolved by the Chamber in the first half was 3.5 million dirhams. The sectors and areas of mediation issues received by the Chamber in the first semester have been varied, including building and construction, logistics services, shipping services, food, services and the health sector.
