The community initiative launched by the Emirates Red Crescent Center in Umm Al Quwain under the title “Golden Fingers” saw a wide participation of productive families and small business owners at the exhibition organized at the Al-Ittihad Event Hall in the emirate.
The initiative, which is part of the Emirates Red Crescent Authority’s annual community initiatives to support productive families, aims to encourage needy families to contribute to social activities and programs in a positive and impactful way, and help them achieve economic stability by seeking alternative sources. of income for them.
The exhibition was attended by 130 people, home entrepreneurs and small business owners, in addition to the participation of orphanages for orphans and needy families in the emirate, they displayed their products, including perfumes, clothes, handicrafts, antiques, jewelry, sweets and snacks, etc.
Volunteers from the Red Crescent Center in Umm Al Quwain were involved in organizing a group of side events for the exhibition, including entertainment programs for children and various workshops.
Arif Hassan Al Khader, director of the Red Crescent Center in Umm Al Quwain, explained that the initiative falls within the framework of the Authority’s desire to improve social cohesion, which depends on the solidarity of community members, focusing on the implementation of community and humanitarian initiatives. about giving support and giving support to all sectors of society, which helps to promote charitable and humanitarian work in society.
