Multiplay Group announced that its Board of Directors has approved the resignation of Andre Sayegh as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective July 9, 2024.
The group said in a statement to the Abu Dhabi Stock Market that Sayegh had tendered his resignation due to personal reasons and professional obligations.
That the Board of Directors decided by circulation to appoint Sayed Basr Shuaib Sayed Shuaib as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, from July 10, 2024.
