Strengthening international cooperation with all parties and partners to promote efforts to reduce emissions, support sustainable economic and social development worldwide.

He said that the presidency of the COP28 launched the “Charter to Reduce Emissions from the Oil and Gas Sector”, as part of efforts aimed at establishing the principles of transparency, inclusion and inclusiveness, emphasizing the need for the participation of all stakeholders. the responsibilities of climate action and its negotiations, and the importance of benefiting from the efforts and capacities of the oil and gas sector in this area, and of its capacity to contribute effectively. 1.5°C target.
