According to the statistics provided by the department, the Real Estate Control Directorate carried out 450 rounds of field inspections of real estate companies and projects, and 1,530 inspections of real estate advertisements during the mentioned period.

The Dubai Land Department registered more than 1,200 legal warnings while cracking down on 256 real estate brokers for not complying with real estate advertisement requirements.

The Dubai Land Department is working on using artificial intelligence techniques to monitor real estate ads, and the application will be officially implemented soon, which will significantly help the governance of the monitoring process and reduce violations related to real estate ads.
