His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, issued Emiri Decree No. 10 of 2024 approving the list of service fees and violations for the establishment of real estate in the emirate of Umm Al Quwain.
The decree will take effect from the day it is signed and will be published in the Official Gazette.
